If you have a pool, make your sim go swimming, then pick up and move your sim out of the pool. (you'll have to type in moveobjects on first to do so) Your sim will swim everywhere for the rest of his or her life, but they can still do everything. If you tell them to do something, such as go to bed, they will pop out of the ground and go to bed. They will sink back down afterward.

To get a flaming toilet, you have to get any kindof toilet except the stalled kind. When you get atoilet go into the decoration folder and theclick the misc. folder then you get the Burningplate. Once you get it, place the toilet on topof the burning plate and turn it on then you evenget to use it without burning yourself and itwon't do any damages to your beautiful home!

Buy a bookcase, then have your sim start tostudy. Interrupt the action so that the book itplaced on the ground, then simply sell thebookcase. The book can then do everything thebookcase could have done for free.

There is a glitch in character creation modewhere you can make absolutely disgusting faces.The trick is that if you go to the facedesigning area and you select a face part suchas the eyes and max out all the sliders one wayor the other, then go to a different face partand select one of the PREDESIGNED parts, andthen come back to the eyes, the sliders willhave reset in the middle, but the eyes willstill look the same. This works for all of theface adjusting tabs. Exploiting this, you canmake eyes the size of dinner plates, cheekbones4 feet long, and a HUMUNGOUS nose, to name afew.

Have a sim call for pizza. When the pizzadelivery guy comes DON'T accept the pizza! Thepizza delivery guy will eventually leave thepizza on the front porch, and the pizza willnever get stale. You can stack as many pizzas asyou want, so if your sims get hungry, just tellthem to get a pizza from the front porch.

All you have to do to getfree Furniture is before you move a family intothe house you click on a house that you like andgo into it. make sure that it is an empty houseso oyu can furnish it. Next select the thingsthat you want in you're home you will noticethat you will have a balance of 0 simolaeons butyou can still 'get' the things after you aredone furnishing the house save you're progressand then move you're family into the alreadyfurnished home!

To decorate your house with custom artwork, firstyour sim must have a creativity level of 5 and beable to paint a still life.Have your sim paint and a frame will appear thatyou can center on whatever you want to paint. Ifyou want to paint a picture of something outsidethe Sims 2 game, just press C anywhere at thistime. This will pause the game.Use Alt + Tab to exit the game, then open apicture program such as Paint and open thesnapshot you just took, it will usually be in thefolder: C:My DocumentsEASims2StorytellingSnapshot.bmpThen, you also have to open the picture you wantto have in your game. If your picture is toolarge resize it so it will fit in the originalsnapshot from the game.Copy your custom picture on to your snapshot fromthe game, then save the picture. Use Alt + Tab toget back to your game and your sim will startpainting your own custom picture.Using this trick you can put pictures of yourfriends or family, web pictures, or anything elsein your Sims 2 game.

First get whatever Mp3's you want to put on the game, then open upMyDocuments/EAGames/TheSims2/Music/(whatever RadioStation you want your song on). Then, Drag your MP3 into the folder. Now, start Sims 2 then go to options menu, then music settings, then the Radio Station, then pick witch songs you want the radio to play. You can now listen to your favorite songs in your Sims game.

It's possible to watch your own videos on the Sim-TV. You must put the video you want into MyDocuments/EaGames/TheSims2/Music/(the TV sender you want). If you then turn on the TV in the game you can watch it! The video must be .avi-clips and the clips shouldn't be larger then 128x128 pixel also it shouldn't have more then 15 frames per second.

You can get abducted by aliens just like in thefirst one by studying through a telescope alittle too long. The only diffrence is that mostof the time the person abducted gets pregnantwith an alien baby. *NOTE* THIS CAN HAPPEN WITHALL PEOPLE THAT ARE ADULTS!! MEN INCLUDED!

You can use the 'boolProp TestingCheats enabled' to view and controle a newborn baby's needs. After entering the cheat code, shift/click on the baby. Select the 'Make Selectable' the baby's picture on the left side will disapear. Click 'Make Selectable again. Now you are able to be the baby and use the shift click to rise of lower the baby's needs. And I beleive you can make grow up as well. I just descovered this and much easier than other cheats I've read to achieve this.

When in create a sim, press shift+N ( you first have to do the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat).

First, press Ctrl+Shift+C to access the cheat window. Then, type in: boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true (its case sensitive, btw). You can drag your sims motives, relationships, skills, and even their charactaristics. If you put your cursor over a sim and press Shift+Click, you can do almost anything you want to that sim. Including: kill them, change their fit, give them outfits to wear that are unavalible, make them pregneat with an alien baby, speed up their pregnacy (if they are already pregneat), and lots of other stuff. You can make sims grow up faster and everything! Go to snootysims. Com for waaaayyyyy more cheats. IF THIS CHEAT DOES NOT WORK ON A LOT: GO TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD, TYPE IN THE CHEAT AGAIN, AND THEN RETURN TO THE LOT.

First, open your The Sims 2/TSData/Res/Sounddirectory. The names of radio stations, plus afew more including Build mode and Neighborhoodmusic should be here in *.package files. Copyand paste the file corresponding to whatever youwant to listen to into another folder. Rename itfrom [File].package to [File].mp3. You can nowlisten to the sound/songs included in the file.

Press crtl+shift+C and type 'kaching'in lower case.

(You have to have nightlife expansion)You enter the cheat {boolproptestingcheats true}. Then get your sim pregnet. Hold shift+click that sim. Now click force{twins}or{baby}. You pick (boy)or (girl).

Open the cheat box and type sethour then a number between 1 and 24. It is set by military time so for example if you want 3pm you type sethour 15.

Type in CTRL + C, to open the cheats window. Then type in the cheat: 'moveobjects on'. Now you can grab any objects and drag it anywhere you want! You can even drag your sims anywhere you want! (this only works at your sims' residential lot) Also: a glitch that you can use with moving your sims around: place your sim in one area on the grid, and then place another sim on the exact same spot the other sim is. You can add as many sims as you want in one box on the grid, and you can make many crazy things from that! You can also grab your trashcan or mailbox and put it anywhere. You can even put anything on the road (like you cauldn't before this cheat), objects, sims, walls, and even flooring. For an even cooler surprise, pick up your cars and put them on your swimming pool. Or Place your cars on your sims and hit the video capture button. Click the play button, and now you can move around with cars above your sim's heads!Sorry this is such a long cheat, but it's so cool!

Press Ctrl Shift C at the same time to bring up the cheat entry box. Then, type in motherlode. Press enter and then look at your sim's money.

Press CTRL + SHIFT + C to access the cheat window, then enter the following:unlockcareerrewards.

Open cheat menu (ctrl+shift+c) then enter 'boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true'. It may take a few times, but keep trying, then go to the job tab and drag all your Sims skills up to ten.

Put in shirt+control+c and enter 'motivedecay'and your motives will drop.

Open the cheat box, (ctrl+shift+C) and type in:max_motives. When you type that in, all of yourSims motives should be full with green

Open the cheat box, (Ctrl+shift+C) and type in: Boolprop petactioncancel true/false. If you type true, then you should have the ability to cancel what your dog/cat is about to do.

Access the cheat window and enter 'aging off.'

Access the cheat window and enter 'StretchSkeleton.'

Access the cheat screen and enter any number from 0 through 8. 8 will give you the slowest play, 0 the fastest.

The trick is that no matter how many times youuse an object, if you sell it in the same day,you can get all your money back. So if your Simis poor and needs body points or something, buya body machine and keep selling it back torefund all your money.

In your living room make sure you have afireplace, a christmas tree, and a plate ofcookies on a table. At night when all your simsare asleep Santa will appear and leave youpresents.

Whenever you make a family, click on a spot withno house. After you buy the land, put inrosebud;; , and hold enter. When you get to theamount of money you want, go to options and goto the neighborhood. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE!!!! Thenhit the bulldozer button and click on your land.The message 'The ??? family has a networth of$???,???. Do you want to envict them.' Press yesand it will bulldoze the 'house'. Go to the topof the screen and press the Move in/createfamily button. Click on the family you used thecheat with and click on a expinseve house.PRESTO!!! ypu have the house. This is how I gotthe big houses.

Ok, hears what you do. when your sim is sleepingpress: Ctrl+Shift+C then type in 'objects_moveon' . After you do this just click on the bedhe/she is sleeping in and then hit the deletebutton. Your sim will disappear.When you hit live mode, your sim's mood barswill be all the way up. The only bar that willnot go ub is Bladder. Or, instead of blowingyour money on a bed, you can just put in thecode and delete your sim. Don't worry, becausewhen you click on live mode they will reapear. ~~~BUT THERE IS A CONSEQUENCE. Before the mail woman comes to put the bill inthe mailbox, click on pause, presscontrol+shift+c, then type move_objects on, thendelete the mail woman. Repeat the process if youever need to.

Buy a christmas tree, hoiday cookies and a fire place. Then have all of you sims go to bed at 8 pm. Santa will come and leave presents.

WHen an unwanted Roomie or burglar are leavinghit build and built a gate around them. The copswill get the burglar or the roomie will die.

When you have a lot of logic points from thescience potion thing, make another potion anddrink it. It could be an evil clone. But theclone is actually not evil, the game just saysthat. The clone will wash his/her hands all thetime. Then soon the clone will disappear.

Make a family and make them find a job. Don't take any job except for the science career. Get promoted until your sim is a field researcher. This only happens very rarely, but anyways your sim comes home from work one day and the screen thing will say that your sim could get $1,000,000 for discovering the remains of an extra-terrestrial craft. When that happened to me, they found out it was fake. Although I don't know if there is a real discovery. If there is, Happy million dollars$$$!!!

Make sure you have a fireplace, a christmastree, and a plate of cookies in your living room.Then, go to bed. During the night, Santa Clauswill come and leave you a present. (a pool tableor something) Merry Christmas!

Enable the move_objects on code, enter Buy mode,then select your Sim and delete it. Return toLive mode. Click on the deleted Sim's face, anda red circle should appear. Note: If there is apool near by, this will not work, Click on theirface and it will reappear. You only have to saveit if relationship stats or skills have changed.If you do not save, the stats and skills will goback to the last time you saved the game.Note: If you delete your Sim, its need bars willbe all green but your he or she will lose itsjob.

Enable the move_objects on code and delete themailbox. There will be no mailbox to collectbills.

Use the following trick to pay your bills, butcost you nothing. Tell your Sim to pay the billas soon as he or she walks into the same room asthe bill. Pause and save the game, then enablethe move_objects on code. Delete your Sim, thenrevive him while the game is still paused.Resume the game and tell your Sim to pay thebill. The bill should be reduced to 0 Simoleons.

Enable the move_objects on code and put your garbage can in front of the vehicle.Enable the move_objects on code and move the car to a different location where an inanimate object is in its way.

Buy a cake and place it on the kitchen table.Select any Sim and put the pointer on the cake.Choose to blow out the candles with that Sim andevery Sim that lives in that house should haveparty hats and toys. Note: Do not have the caketoo long before you do this, as this will notwork without candles.

Buy a rocket launcher and put it outside. Launchit at any time. As the rocket is about to land,enter buy mode. Enable the move_objects on code.Click on the rocket and drag it into your house.This will only work if the rocket can fitindoors. Resume live mode, and the room youplaced the rocket in will catch fire.

Press ctrl shift and then c so the window pops up. Type in move_objects on (dont forgetthe on bit) next have you swimming pool and command your sim to dive in. Now click the pause button and drag you sim to a capeted area. My word now he's/she's swimming in the floor!

Build pink flamingos and go to live mode. Thenclick on it and kick it.

Make your sim look though the teloscope at night(this may take a few nights for it to happen) andaliens will take your sim. He/she will be gonefor about a day. They may miss work but you won'tbe called.

Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+C and then enter 'motherlode' to get more money.

Press Ctrl+Shift+C and when the window appears inthe top left of the screen type rosebudYou will receive $1000 everytime you do this.

To change your mood from bad to good simply bring up the cheat menu (hold CTRL+SHIFT+C=cheat menu) type in 'move_objects on' in the cheat menu press F3 click on your person delete him/her (you might want to pause the game) go back to the live mode click on the person's head and he/she will appear some where on your property (NOTE: if you have a job SAVE THE GAME every time you do this, save it before you do this or your promotions and skills will disappear.

Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+C and then enter 'maxmotives' to fill all of your sim's needs.

When you are still in the NEIGHBORHOOD, press and hold Ctrl+Shift+C and then enter 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' and you can control who you sim likes/dislikes and all of your sim's needs. Fre world music loops.

Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+C and thenenter 'lot_size ' to set the lot size.

Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+C and thenenter 'set_hour ' to set the time of day(unpatched game version).

Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+C and thenenter 'sweep on' to enable the ticks.

After you deletethem go back to live mode and click on theirfaces in the control panel, they will pop back upon the screen fully restord and in a greatmood. . . . warning: if you have your skillsbuilt up on your sims and you delete the sim ittakes away a couple of your skill points

hold down the Ctrl,shift, and 'c' keys at thesame time when the box pops up in the upper lefthand corner of your screen type rosebud;!;!;! youhave to repeat the colon and exclamation markover and over until you run out of room in thebox make sure you start with a colon right afterthe word rose bud, and that you end with anexclamation mark.
